A few weeks ago, our studio was buzzing with energy, not from machines or spreadsheets, but from pure creative flow. A group of colleagues from a company's leisure club decided to try something completely different: a Monet-inspired team-building paint party at the House of Mica art studio in Malmö.

When asked if there were any extra special parts of the experience, Martin shared "the most memorable part was when we all showed each other our paintings. Everyone had their own interpretation and way of expressing a Monet-inspired painting."

There was laughter, surprise, and some proud smiles all around. It’s incredible what happens when a group taps into their individual creativity together. They painted the same theme, got the same instructions, and created completely different paintings.
